Join us for this special tour that explores the best of authentic Nepalese and Tibetan culture, and Himalayan healing traditions. This unique package combines yoga, meditation and massage with cultural sight-seeing and enlightening workshops in aesthetic retreat-style accommodation.
The mysterious magic of Kathmandu's medieval archictecture, royal palaces and ancient temples will be unveiled in our fascinating guided tours, after which we will leave the Valley, and head to the Himalayan foothills for our mountain retreat.
Here, we will stay in a beautiful Newari-inspired hotel in the small village of Nagarkot, with extraordinary Himalayan views from each room.
Our knowledgeable lecturers and workshop leaders will join us here for a series of workshops that will deepen our understanding of Tibetan healing, art and Buddhist philosophy.
